How can I manage to travel the world by being a Photographer?

Im in Japan right now learning Japanese, and I wanted to be an interpreter. But I find that I like taking pictures and I would like to persue that. However, my goal in life is to travel the world and live in Spain and Italy at some point in my life. I also bellydance, and I am considering persuing that as well. Im only 16, but my time to choose a major in college is running out. I know that I want to deal with the arts though. I love dancing and photos and I love meeting people from all over.
Also, I want to know, what kinds of photography are there? Fields of study and such, what can I do?What are my options?

learn basic journalsim and writing skills, or find a journalist who needs a photojournalist. Be warned, though, that’s everyone’s dream, so you gotta work for it.
