audiovisual asked:
I am studying abroad this summer in Greece and want to travel to other countries after my class is done for a couple of weeks (8-14 days). Is it cheaper to use a tour company like EF College Break tours or just travel by myself? Would it be better to spend more time in one country or a few days in lots of places?

Lisa asked:
I looked at all the other countries in the middle east travel section and they actually ask travel questions. So here is my Israel travel question. What is the best beach town in Israel to vacation in?
Hey Michael, when you say Tel Aviv, do you mean Ra’anana specifically? What’s that place like? Thanks!

???? asked: Are there any special procedures for someone who lives in Mexico to travel to other countries?
You know, like us Americans; we can go to Spain for vacation or Amsterdam for fun. (Actually, I don’t even know if there any special procedures for us to travel…Maybe because I don’t travel.)
Can Mexicans go to their airport (with a passport and stuff) and travel to other countries? What if they want to become residents?
I would guess all travel procedures apply to everyone.

Meli asked:
I’m planning a trip, not this year, but for next year to europe for a few monthes. Which is the cheapest way to travel from canada to europe? I don’t want to fly. I was told freighter was good and cheap.
I’m thinking of getting a 3 month Eurail pass, which goes to 20 different countries, really want to go to Ireland though, and England.

rose_2009 asked: I have to write a persuasive essay about why it is important to travel to other countries. One sub-topic is that you get to experience another culture and lifestyle. I dont know why else. Any ideas would be appriciated!!!
I need one more sub-topic, i have
How fortunate you are living in the US
and how it eliminates stereotypes and racism.
Im not saying it is something you must do. I feel if you have the oppertunity and have what you need to continue living afterward, you should go. I was just looking for the benefits of traveling to a foreign country.

K M asked: Many years ago I had heard that there are chartered flights
from the US to other countries and that travel by these
flights is cheaper than by regular airlines. Apparently they
don’t have the same service as airlines and the flights may
get delayed and so on, but it is cheaper. Does anyone
know about such flights?
I don’t know exactly how it works, but my guess is that
some group may charter a flight for whatever reason (cheaper
fare?) and they may have some seats available which may
be offered to members of public.
